These terms cover the mobile apps from S PAYNE SERVICES LTD and this website. They are effective October 2026. They are the rules of use. The privacy note is where the handling of information is set out in full. Read both. Using an app means you have these pages available. It does not mean the in-app assistant has agreed to anything on your behalf.

The work

The studio builds mobile apps. The work inside a product is behavior, design, build, testing, release, and updates. That sequence is the span. A screen, a reply from the assistant, or a notification is part of the product, not a promise that a particular outcome in your life will follow.

The website explains the studio and lets you write an email. The form on the contacts page opens your own email app. It does not create an account, and it does not store the message on a server run for this site.

Both platforms

Every product is made for iOS and for Android. Both faces follow one plan. They are allowed to differ where the platforms differ: system navigation, notification settings, and the way each store accepts a build. A difference of that kind is not a second product with a second set of privacy rules.

The studio has built mobile apps for years. Updates after release are part of keeping the two faces on the same plan. A fix can arrive on one store before the other when the stores themselves move at different speeds. The intended end is still both faces.

The assistant's limits

The apps can include an assistant that talks with you. The assistant is not a human. It is not a member of the studio. It does not provide professional advice, including legal, medical, or financial advice. Do not treat a reply as counsel from a qualified person. If you need that counsel, ask a qualified person outside the app.

What you write is used only to answer you. It is not passed to other users. The assistant is not a way to reach another person, and it is not a way to file a dispute. A dispute is raised by writing to the developer, as the last section says.

You are responsible for what you choose to type. Do not send another person's secrets to the assistant expecting the product to become a vault with a legal duty attached. The privacy note explains the narrow use of those words: a reply to you, not a profile, and not a message to anyone else.

Data, Singular, and OneSignal

The apps do not build a personal profile. They do not take your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location as product data. Users do not send personal data to each other. There is no directory that would make that possible.

Attribution uses Singular. Push notifications use OneSignal. The only identifying item for those two jobs is a unique id. The id is not your name, and it is not shared with other users as a handle. Singular is for attribution. OneSignal is for push. Neither one is a channel between people who use the app.

Email you send to the developer is ordinary email to [email protected]. It is read so the studio can answer. It is not mixed into the app and not shown to other users.

Acceptable use

Use the apps for what they show themselves to be. Do not break, probe, or overload them. Do not try to turn the assistant into a pipe toward another user. Do not use a notification, the unique id, or a reply as a way to identify, harass, or mislead a person.

Do not ask the assistant for professional advice and then treat the reply as if this page had allowed it. The limit stands even if the wording sounds certain. Do not upload or paste material you have no right to send. Do not use the app to commit a crime or to hide one.

The studio may refuse a request that asks the product to do something these terms forbid, and may remove or update a build when a platform requires it. That is a change to the software, not a personal penalty described somewhere else.

Availability

The apps and this website are provided as they are available. A store can delay a review. An operating system can change a permission. A network can drop. OneSignal can fail to show a notification. Singular can lag behind an install. The assistant can be wrong, slow, or silent. None of that is a promise of uninterrupted service, and none of it makes the assistant a human or a professional.

Features can be added, narrowed, or removed in an update. When a behavior changes, the shared plan is what the studio is trying to keep true on both faces. Outages and store rules can interrupt that work. You should keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. The app is not your archive.

Changes

These terms can change. The new text replaces this page, and the date at the top moves to the month of the change. This version is October 2026. The privacy note changes on its own page when privacy facts change. The assistant does not announce a new contract, and a push notification is not how these terms are amended.

Continuing to use an app after a change means the current terms are posted here. If you do not accept a change, stop using the app and write to the developer if you still need a question answered about what you already did.

Disputes

A dispute about an app, the assistant, a notification, attribution, this website, or these terms is resolved by writing to the developer. Send the dispute to S PAYNE SERVICES LTD at [email protected]. Describe what happened, which face of the app you used, and what you want done. The studio will answer in writing.

Do not send the dispute to the assistant and treat its reply as the outcome. The assistant cannot settle a disagreement. Writing to the developer is the path. Give the studio a fair chance to read the letter before you assume silence is an answer. Mail can take time. A missing push notification is not proof that a letter was ignored.

Contact

Reach S PAYNE SERVICES LTD at [email protected], or start from the contacts page, which opens your email app with the subject and message prepared. The privacy note remains the page for Singular, OneSignal, the assistant, the unique id, and the refusal to build a personal profile or to pass data between users.
